The purpose of this NECR web site is to capture and communicate out of box product quality issues
to Ricoh Americas Corporation (RAC). Early identification of product quality issues is vital for engineering
and manufacturing to develop and apply countermeasures. Input from Ricoh’s Authorized Dealers is
paramount to early detection of issues and the improvement in our deliverable to customers.
Please use this NECR site to report out of box quality issues or anomalies experienced with Ricoh products
during the unpacking, set-up and configuration processes.
